We’re Southwestern Illinois Democratic Women (SWIDW).
Our goals are to advance the election of Democratic candidates and to work for a more equitable representation and participation of Democratic women at all levels of the Democratic Party and in government.
We meet on the 1st Wednesday of each month.
To join or renew your membership, please fill out the New Member Application (link below), or you can print the application and either bring it to the next meeting or mail it to SWIDW, P.O. Box 135, Belleville, IL, 62222.
Annual dues are $20 for general membership, $100 for Sustaining Membership, $500 for Lifetime, and $10 for Student Membership (please provide the name of the school). Dues can be paid online by link here or QR code provided below, in person at our next meeting, or by mail to SWIDW, P.O. Box 135, Belleville, IL, 62222.

Youth Organizers: Get out the Youth Vote and Spread the Word!!

If you were not able to apply please check the Website frequently. In past years, they have trained and hired several teams each year.
Who: Ages 16-25
What: Get Online Training, Make weekly phone calls, and Get Out the Vote!
How: Attend weekly Zoom training sessions and then commit to 5 hours/week for 8 weeks, making phone calls for key Democratic campaigns.
When: Training: Thursdays 7:30 - 8:30 pm CT, March 26-May 14
You will receive interactive instruction, a paid stipend, work experience, and the knowledge that you are making a difference.
